Green Mountain Soaring Skies Raptorthon

We invite you to sponsor the Green Mountain Soaring Skies Team in our Raptorthon in support of the Hawk Migration Association (HMA)! We are a passionate group of birders based in Windham County, Vermont, who want to raise funds in support of HMA’s many programs including the Hawkwatch Fund and hawkcount.org. Our plan is to spend the morning of April 12th birding hotspots across the County searching for migrating raptors and other birds before convening at Putney Mountain, our local Hawkwatch site. We will meet with local hawkwatcher JoAnne Russo to enjoy the afternoon spotting local and migrating raptors as they pass through. Join us as we celebrate the marvelous journey these raptors undergo, and support an incredible cause!
